This home features a family room and living room, a fenced yard for pets, a relaxing outdoor space for guest to enjoy all nature has to offer. Four wheel drive is needed in snowy months. There are several trails on the property that you can hike! Feel free to go on your own adventure on the property. Please abide to no trespassing signs and do not cross over fences. King bed, full bed. full bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa Guests have access to entire home. We allow our guests privacy. Policies: --Fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. Live burns and fires outside are strictly not permitted. Please reference Teller County sheriff's office website for current fire ban laws. --At this elevation you don't need AC! It stays much cooler at 9,000 ft and open windows keeps it comfortable. Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind from other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Please complete a walkthrough of the house/property before departure to ensure no valuables are left behind. Be advised we are not responsible for any items/valuables misplaced or left behind. Outdoor trash: We do not want to attract wildlife like bears or predators. Please dispose of all trash in trash bin at the entrance to the neighborhood. Rules, Fees and Policies: 📷 Security Camera For your safety and peace of mind, there is a camera at the front door. There are no indoor cameras—your privacy is very important to us. ⌚Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Available at $35/hour (must be pre-approved & paid in advance). 🛒Grocery Delivery Service available for $125. Expecting to arrive late and don’t have time to stop at the grocery store? We got you! 🐶 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee. If you’d like to bring more than 2, just reach out—additional dogs may be approved for an extra fee. 🐾 Other Pets Thinking of bringing a different type of pet? Please send us a message first so we can see if it’s a good fit for the home. 🛋️ Fur on Furniture To keep things clean and cozy for all guests, we ask that pups stay off beds and furniture—unless you bring your own pet-friendly linens. Thanks for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone (two- and four-legged alike)! 🚙 ATV/UTV Policy Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails. 🚭 No Smoking Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors. ⏰ Checkout Time Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests. 🎉 No Parties or Events To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property. 👥 Guest Count The number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, unless approved in writing ahead of time. 🔇 Quiet Hours Per HOA guidelines, quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors! 🔒 Firearms Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve. 📦 No Mail or Packages We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store. 🏢 No Commercial Use This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval. 🔧 Amenity Malfunctions & Refunds While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we're notified. June 2024This was a very secluded fun place to stay. We really enjoyed the nature walks and spending time outside. The road in is a little difficult and regular car might have a rough time getting up to the property. We had a big ford excursion so we had no problems. But wow what a place to get away from it all for a while. Very nice.

July 2024We were a group of 6 with a dog and we loved the house. It was very remote and we could walk with the dog off-leash and enjoy the quiet of nature. We rented a UTV at Lake George and had a blast getting caught in an afternoon rainstorm. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a QUIET space to gather. New BBQ on the deck, nice furniture on the deck for morning coffee. My only warning is that the place is remote so don't expect restaurant options/bars/grocery options nearby. The local mercantile was great but I am happy we stopped in a bigger city on our way in to buy groceries for the three days we were there.
